Facility Use Request

Green Valley Bible Camp (GVBC) is a privately owned, non-profit facility that hosts summer Bible Camps. While the camp is not open to the general public for RV or tent camping, it offers a beautiful and welcoming setting for special events.

These include, but are not limited to, Boy and Girl Scout campouts, weddings, church events, senior pictures, family photographs, family gatherings, weekend retreats, offsite business meetings, and access to walking trails.

Fees

  • All fees are donated to GVBC.

  • Fees are based on amount of time needed to host event. Currently fees do not change based on number of participants.

  • Less than 2 hours = $35

  • 2 – 4 hours = $70

  • 1 day = $150 (A day is defined as more than 4 hours.)

  • 3 consecutive days = $350

  • A $75 non-refundable deposit is required when your event is approved.​

Please see the Google Calendar below for open dates. If you would like to use the camp space when dates are unavailable, please contact us.

Camp Policies

  • Campfires or fires for grilling/cooking are not permitted unless approved by the on-site Camp Manager prior to your event. If approved, fire pits and firewood must be provided by the organization.

  • Firearms or any items intended for use as weapons are not permitted.

  • Tobacco, illegal substances, or controlled substances are not permitted on camp property.

  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

  • Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.

  • Please help us keep the camp clean—littering is not permitted.

  • Hunting is not permitted on camp property.

Legal Responsibility

Checking the Legal Responsibility Agreement box below, means that in the event of an accident or injury while on the facility grounds that Green Valley Bible Camp, its Board of Directors, Trustees, Officers or attendants will not be held legally responsible for any such accident or injury.
